Fractional Ownership

Consider fractional ownership for the following reasons.

Fractional ownership allows you to own a fraction of a vacation property for much less money than full ownership.  However, as a typical 1/8 fractional owner, the amount of use would be 6 weeks per year on a rotational basis.
